Terms of Service

ELLE Janitorial Services, LLC – Complete Guest Solutions By scheduling or receiving services from ELLE Janitorial Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

  1. Services Provided We provide residential cleaning, office cleaning, short-term rental turnovers, laundry services, and related guest solutions as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services are performed according to our standard cleaning checklist unless otherwise specified in writing.
  2. Scheduling & Access Client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. Pets must be secured for the safety of our team unless otherwise discussed.
  3. Pricing & Payment • Prices are based on size, condition, frequency, and scope of work. • Additional charges may apply for: • Extra rooms or bathrooms • Heavy buildup, excessive dirt, or biohazards  • Same-day, holiday, or weekend services • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed. • We accept many forms of payments, upon agreement.
  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
  1. Satisfaction & Re-Clean Policy • Client must notify us of any concerns within 24 hours of service completion. • We will gladly address reasonable issues related to the original scope of work. • We do not offer refunds, but may provide a touch-up or re-clean at our discretion.
  2. Service Limitations • We do not move heavy furniture or appliances unless previously agreed. • We do not clean areas deemed unsafe, including: • Mold beyond surface level • Biohazards, bodily fluids, or pest infestations • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
  3. Breakage & Damage • While we take great care, accidents may occur. • Client must report any damage within 24 hours of service. • Liability is limited to repair or replacement value at our discretion. • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or improperly installed items.
  4. Supplies & Equipment • We provide our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. • Upon request, we can use eco-friendly or client-provided products (client assumes responsibility for effectiveness or reactions).
  5. Privacy & Photography • Client privacy is extremely important to us. • Photos or videos will never be taken or shared without written consent. • Any approved images are used strictly for marketing or training purposes.
  6. Employee Safety & Conduct • Our team members are trained, insured, and expected to maintain professional conduct. • Any forms of verbal abuse harassment, unsafe working conditions or inappropriate conduct by either client or staff will result in immediate review and may lead to service termination without notice,
  7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to future services.
  8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided. 13. Acceptance By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
